2023 Christmas Cut-off & Store Operating Dates
As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make your holiday celebrations truly special. In preparation for Christmas, we would like to inform you of our cut-off dates for placing orders to guarantee delivery in time for the holidays.
5th December 2023
Orders for WA or far north Queensland and rural areas.
13th December 2023
Orders for NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, and TAS metro areas.
Christmas Shutdown Period
14th December 2023- 2nd January 2024 inclusive
During Christmas shutdown periods, you are more than welcome to place orders. All the orders will be packed and dispatched when we reopen in 2024.

General Policy
- Giggle Giggle offers standard Australia-wide shipping.- Giggle Giggle currently ships to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, and TAS.
- All shipping costs can be calculated by adding your chosen products to your shopping cart, and then entering your postcode at checkout.
- Orders will take up to 3-5 business days to be dispatched. You will be notified via email with tracking numbers. (Please allow more time for us to process your order during peak trading times, e.g., Christmas and Sale periods.)
- Multiple items may be dispatched and shipped from different locations, which will result in separate tracking notices.
- We take no responsibility if you provide an incorrect and insufficient address.
- Giggle Giggle is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure or other uncontrollable events.
- Our courier partners have the authority to leave packages. Please feel free to contact info@gigglegiggle.com.au to require a signature on delivery if there is no safe place to leave the package at your provided address.
