Return & Exchange

Giggle Giggle agrees to offer an exchange on any full-price item. All items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging. Valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items.

To start a return, please contact us at info@gigglegiggle.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the package back. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval.

Please choose your items carefully; we do not offer refunds for "change of mind." Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned, and they are subject to authorization at Giggle Giggle’s discretion.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged in transit, simply follow the steps below so our team can assist you:

- Notification of any damage or quality issues must be reported to Giggle Giggle within 5 days of receiving the goods. The notification must include details of the nature of the quality issue, flaw, or damage to the goods and include digital photographic evidence. Claims will not be accepted beyond 5 days of the goods being delivered.

- Notification to Giggle Giggle must be made in writing by email to info@gigglegiggle.com.au. Goods will only be accepted if returned in the original packaging.

- Upon the return policy, Giggle Giggle will, at its discretion, either refund the purchase price in full or replace the goods as soon as reasonably possible.

- The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

- Giggle Giggle reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
